You will be guided through a sequence of supported poses, allowing you to fully relax and release tension. With modifications and options for all levels, this class is designed to promote deep relaxation and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Join us for an hour of self-care and tranquility. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks, and bolster if you have them. Namaste!

Crochet Class with Judi, Sue & Pam. All levels welcome. We will have a crochet hook and yarn to practice with for beginners. Bring a skein of light colored 4 ply acrylic yarn if you are working on a project or would like to start a new project.
 
Puzzle Competition

Attention all Puzzlers!! Back by popular demand, we are hosting our fourth puzzle competition. Teams of four will compete to put together a 300-piece puzzle (puzzle images will be similar, though not identical). You do not need to have a team, we will match you up with other puzzlers for the competition. Who will be the first to put their puzzle together? Join in the friendly competition to find out!
