Yoga for adults with Rebecca

Join us for a restorative Gentle Yoga class for all levels. This relaxing and rejuvenating class focuses on gentle stretching, relaxation, and restoring the body. You will be guided through a sequence of supported poses, allowing you to fully relax and release tension. With modifications and options for all levels, this class is designed to promote deep relaxation and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Join us for an hour of self-care and tranquility. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks, and bolster if you have them. Namaste!
 
Puzzle Exchange

If you're tired of doing the same puzzles at home, bring them in and find new gems to work on at our Puzzle Exchange. Bring in your old puzzles (NO missing pieces!) and exchange them for new ones. - puzzles will be exchanged for equal piece size - bring in your puzzles before the exchange (by March 29th) - we will set out all the puzzles for you to pick on March 20th - go home with new puzzles to work on
