Embrace strength, flexibility, and serenity as we adapt poses to be performed using a chair to support us seated and standing, making it ideal for those with limited mobility. This practice allows you to experience the numerous physical and mental benefits of yoga without the worry of getting down on the floor or maintaining balance in traditional poses.
